Korçë lies mostly between latitudes 40° and 36° N and longitudes 20° and 46° E^{[clarification needed]}. The municipality of Korçë is encompassed in the County of Korçë within the Southern Region of Albania and consists of the adjacent administrative units of Drenovë, Lekas, Mollaj, Qendër Bulgarec, Vithkuq, Voskop, Voskopojë and Korçë as its seat.^[75][76]
